This house was built 2002 where the main living area is on the ground floor, it is located on a small cobbled road with a few neighbors around and just a few minutes walking to the main town of Figueiro dos Vinhos. One part of the house is built so it would be easy to rent out or a very nice space for your family, with separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and a good space bedroom. As entering the the property through the car gates will lead you to the main entrance at the back, into a good size entrance hall. On to your right you will have the living room/ dining room, kitchen, and a family bathroom. The living room is of good space and has big sliding windows that leads you out to the front garden, it also has a open fire place. The kitchen is next door, also of good space and you will find the big sliding windows here too, to two directions, one to the front garden and one to the private barbecue area. Most of the kitchen appliances will be included in the sale. The wooden staircase from the hallway will take you to the top floor bedroom of good size, beyond this bedroom is another room, currently only used as storage, but this could easily be turned into an office. Going back to the hallway on to your left, through the corridor with plenty of light is another two bedrooms of good size. At the end of this corridor is the forth bedroom, which is part of the potential rental or for family members or for your own use. As there is a door separating these two parts, you can be completely private or open it up for a bigger house. The studio contains a good size bedroom/dining room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a bathtub and plenty of storage. It has a separate entrance door at the back of the house. The garden is all around the house and a big piece is mainly flat, like an L-shape. All the land is classed as Urban and at the moment there is no fence to the neighbours land, but planting a nice hedge would make this garden completely private. It has several fruit trees, such as apple, figs, grapes, orange, peach and olive trees. The whole house is built with beautiful taste, such as the tiling on the floor, marble around the fireplace, tiles in bathrooms, and double glazed windows. It has air condition in all the rooms providing both heat and coolness. It might be necessary to do some cosmetic work on some walls. In Figueiro dos Vinhos you will find most things for your daily life, such as doctor's, school's, library, museum, theatre, supermarkets and weekly fruit and vegetable market and plenty of stunning river beaches. Lisbon and Porto is around a 2 hour drive away and closest train station is in Pombal, Coimbra, Portugal's third biggest city is a 30 minute drive and the seaside 45 minutes away.
